I've seen a few instances of internal information being accidentally shared in the Community and often from MSPs themselves. Agents and Workflows that reveal sensitive information that were clearly not intended to be shared publicly, as they have since been removed. In order to prevent such incidents, I would like a setting or role adjustment for MSP Users to prevent them from having "Share in community" permission. I see we can disable community entirely, but for adoption/onboarding having ideas from the community is so very beneficial, at the same time during adoption/onboarding, people are the least informed about the platform and may not understand that "Share in community" is essentially public.

if you look up the ability to share custom mcp servers across an organization you will find multiple results each with multiple up votes, taking this into consideration, the ability to share custom mcp servers actually should have over 100 upvotes... but since there are like 6 of them none get the attention it deserves.

Problem: Currently, when publishing an artifact to Organization level and selecting specific groups, the group selection acts only as a notification layer—it does not restrict access. All workspace members can still view the artifact regardless of group selection. This is: Misleading UI — the "select groups" option suggests access control but doesn't provide it A security concern — sensitive, department-specific artifacts cannot be truly restricted Incomplete for governance — no way to enforce department-level access control for sensitive content Requested Behavior: When groups are selected during Organization artifact publishing, access should be restricted to those groups only. Unselected workspace members should not be able to view the artifact. Use Case: Department-level access control—e.g., Finance department artifacts shouldn't be visible to all workspace members, only Finance team members. Current Workaround: Keep sensitive artifacts Private (but this prevents broader sharing within approved groups).
