- Connect your Autotask PSA to Hatz and put your ticket data to work. Search tickets, analyze trends, look up records, log time, create and update tickets, and make changes — all without leaving your Hatz workspace.
- Save generated files to Microsoft 365. Pick a destination in OneDrive or SharePoint right from Hatz and the file is copied using your Microsoft account.
- Admins can restrict direct downloads at the tenant or organization level, so users can still see and use files but can only export them to your sanctioned M365 destinations - or prevent downloading them at all.
- A new Usage tab gives client admins visibility into their organization's credit consumption, models, leaderboard, and activity — so you always know how your team is using Hatz without having to ask anyone.
- MSP Admins and Dashboard Users can now publish apps and workflows to a dedicated MSPs category in the Workshop community. Items published here are visible to MSP Admins and Dashboard Users across all MSPs and do not appear in the general community. Non-MSP users see no MSP category and cannot access MSP-published items.
