- Admins can restrict which AI models are available to each role. From the Customize Roles page, limit the models a role is permitted to use. MSP admins can also set model restrictions on tenant creation templates, so new tenants start with the right policy already applied.

- Workflows can now use a saved agent as an LLM step. From the workflow builder, open the model picker on any LLM step and select one of your agents instead of a base model. The agent runs with its full configuration — system prompt, tools, and model settings — so you can compose agents into multi-step automations without rebuilding their behavior from scratch.

- Phone agents support warm transfers. When enabled, instead of dropping a caller directly to a department, the agent dials the destination first, briefs the recipient on the call, and lets them accept or decline before bridging. If the recipient declines or doesn't answer, the agent returns to the caller with a take-a-message offer. Turn it on from Call Settings on any phone agent with transfer destinations configured.

- MSP admins can now set a monthly extra usage budget per tenant. When a tenant exhausts their package credits, instead of hitting a hard block they draw from the extra usage budget and keep working. Set the threshold in dollars or credits from the tenant overview — once the extra budget is exhausted the tenant falls back to Lite mode until the limit is raised or the month resets. Tenants whose MSP hasn't enabled extra usage yet can request it directly, which sends a notification to their admin.
