New
- From the new Integrations & Tools settings page, admins can enable or disable any Hatz integration — controlling exactly which integrations are available to their managed tenants.

- The Integrations & Tools settings page now shows the full list of Hatz built-in tools, giving admins full visibility into what's available in the workspace.

- MSP Admins and Client Admins can now view, enable, disable, and delete custom MCP servers from the Integrations & Tools settings page per tenant. Each server shows its connection health status so you can quickly spot and clean up anything that's broken or no longer needed. Custom MCP management has moved here from Org Settings, where previously only a single on/off toggle existed for all servers.

- Browse templates curated by the Hatz team using the Hatz Official filter in the Workshop alongside community contributions. Filter to Hatz Official to find verified, ready-to-use templates fast.

- Delete AI Generated files you no longer need directly from the files panel in any chat conversation. Open the menu on any Generated File and select Delete to remove it.

- XLSM, VTT, and PCAP files are now supported in Hatz. Excel macro-enabled workbooks, video subtitles, and network capture files are all fair game.
Improved
- The Microsoft 365 integration now takes action, not just reads. Compose, reply to, and draft emails with attachments. Triage your inbox — move, flag, and forward across folders. Find available times across attendees with the scheduling assistant, create meetings with Teams links and recurrence, edit and reschedule events, and respond to invites. In Teams, post messages to chats and channels, manage channels, look up people across your org, and set your presence. In OneDrive, create folders and move or copy files. When an agent composes on your behalf, it saves a draft — nothing sends without you.

- ConnectWise Manage integration can now pull a full audit trail for any record — see the complete change history for Tickets, Configurations, Purchase Orders, Product Catalog items, and Expenses.
- The Autotask integration has been improved to allow agents to run multiple tools simultaneously without running into Autotask's API rate limits. Previously, parallel tool calls would stall as they competed for Autotask's per-endpoint limits — now they're automatically coordinated so your work runs through without interruption.
