  • From the Call Settings on any phone agent, select a workflow to run automatically at the end of every call. Use it for post-call summaries, CRM updates, ticket creation, or any follow-on automation you'd otherwise do by hand.

  • Re-run a workflow from any step. When reviewing a completed workflow run, you can now re-run from a specific step and pre-fill previous step results — so you can iterate on one part of a workflow without re-running everything from scratch. Only the steps you clear will re-run with no credits used on steps that don't need to change.

  • Admins can now control which integrations and custom MCP servers each role can access. From the Customize Roles page, configure integration access per standard role (Helpdesk, Billing Manager, etc.) or custom role. Role restrictions work within your MSP and tenant policy ceiling — a role can restrict access further, but never grant past what's already denied above it.

  • MSP admins can now set integration and custom MCP access defaults directly on tenant creation templates. New tenants provisioned from that template start with those restrictions already applied as their own editable policy — no manual setup required per tenant.

  • Read and attach files in Outlook. The Microsoft 365 integration now supports email attachments — agents can list and download attachments from emails, and can attach Hatz-managed files when composing or replying.

Fixed
  • Fixed an issue where occasionally image generation models incorrectly showed a Code Execution error when asked to generate an image. Image generation doesn't require Code Execution and the error was a false positive.
