Clients are seeking a chatbot that can answer FAQs on their web sites. Currently, they'd have to use another tool. Would be great to extend the Hatz agents to offer this.

For sure it would make sense to open Hatz.ai to building bots, as in chat bots. That opens a big segment of opportunities for MSPs while solidifying Hatz' position as foundational for a Secure AIaaS Platform. Also, cut the cost and complexity (more incentives for MSPs) to integrate yet another vendor, such as CloseBot, etc. This was hovering around in my mind but you got it first in writing.

There are so many uses to making a public facing agent or workflow that don't require a Hatz AI login to use them.
