Enabling the AI to search not only the user’s primary mailbox but also any delegated or shared mailboxes and their online archive would significantly enhance the value of the Office 365 integration. This feature would be especially beneficial for users and teams who manage multiple mailboxes or frequently reference archived emails to locate data, track open items, and streamline communication follow-ups.
