ISSUE: Pain staking slow to enable for 100s of tenants.

SOLUTION: Add the ability to select multiple tenants, enable the Shadow AI Scan, and export the Ingest links. From here I can upload these to a custom field in "Insert RMM Here".

The Shadow AI Collector report has only the top 5 AI usage now rather than a full summary of all AI Tools. This is needed to demonstrate our ability to see what's in use and write policies around it.
