We need the ability to remove or disable an account from the admin portal - admin.hatz.ai - but then keep the account active within our actual Hatz sub tenant. Currently, there is no "Disabled User" role and if you delete a user from the admin portal, it also deletes the account from our sub tenant where the account then loses all of its chats/history/workshop items/etc.

Please either have a "Disable Account" option, custom admin user roles to remove all access, or give us the ability to delete a user from the admin portal without it also deleting them from our sub tenant.

The response of "change the account role in the admin portal to something less permissive like Billing Manager" is not a valid solution to this problem as it still gives the account access to almost all of the information in the admin portal.
