We are requesting the ability for administrators to bulk enroll or selectively enroll tenant users in training courses, rather than relying on users to self-enroll.
Current Situation:
Currently, training enrollment is user-initiated only. Administrators cannot push enrollment to users. Additionally, LMS reports only display users who have actively enrolled, meaning users who have not enrolled do not appear in completion data. This skews training completion metrics for the tenant.
Requested Functionality:
Bulk Enrollment – Administrators should be able to select multiple users and enroll them in specific training courses.
User Selection – Ability to filter and select users by role, department, team, or other criteria.
Use Case:
As administrators, we need to mandate training enrollment across our organization/client organizations and have visibility into completion status. Currently, self-enrollment-only access limits our ability to ensure consistent training deployment.
