Allow workflows to send emails and not save to drafts

I created a workflow to generate a report and email it to a recipient but am learning that the only options with outlook is to save a draft and then approve and send it out manually. I seems like if we were using google it would be possible but for outlook this is not an option. Seems like a pretty large gap in the workflow functionality since having to manually send a draft defeats the purpose of an automated workflow.

There should also be a way to have a global disclaimer set up in the account when sending automatically. Example of my disclaimer would be "This email was created and sent automatically by Hatz AI on behalf of Joe Smith and was not screened by Joe Smith prior to sending."

Yes, it seems odd that the Hatz domain emailing works for Agents, but isn't available for Workflow use. The fact that M365 integration will only save emails to my Drafts folder in 365 means the feature is barely workable. These "send email summary of day's events" types of workflows are a HUGE part of what my potential clients are asking for. AUTOMATE EVERYTHING, right?

I have the same limitation and I'm 90% sure it's controlled by our internal security team

When I create emails, I am given the option to send directly or save as a draft. This may be an admin setting.
