I am the internal IT Manager that oversees everything our users are doing. We have surpassed our token usage two months in a row now. However, I have no analytics to see what our users are using, how they are racking up so many tokens, etc... I need to know which LLM's they are using, if they are uploading a ton of documents, etc... I need this information so I can have intelligent and productive conversations with our users... instead of questioning them to find out any information. I've asked for reports from our MSP but they don't give me the information I need and I don't want to keep relying on them to send me the report when they get to it. Please create a role for internal IT admins. thank you.

Your best bet is likely to eliminate the more expensive models like gpt5.5, Opus4 and Nano Banana Pro. You can see the relative costs if you look at the models and then sort by multiplier. That multiplier is the relative cost to run them. Once you know what to disable, you can go to your admin dashboard and disable the super expensive ones under global settings. I would also pick something reasonable and set it as the default rather than auto, but I assume auto would be locked out of those models too, once they're disabled.

A client admin dashboard to monitor usage and adoption would be very helpful. Giving their admin that self-serve option and data at their fingertips would drastically improve the user experience and take a lot off of their MSP.
