CNAME & Custom PWA support

As we roll this out to clients, we're going to want to be able to brand this for their specific businesses. Please offer the ability to add custom domains to the tenant in Hatz and the ability to point "ai.customername.com" or "hatzai.customername.com" to "customername.hatz.com".
This would be a first step to complete PWA support. I understand the challenges of publishing mobile apps and don't envy the challenge of Hatz publishing something in the Google Play and Apple iOS stores, but frankly for most of us MSPS and our clients, that might not be necessary. Rock-solid PWA support would get us there, and the ability for the MSP customize the PWA experience on a per-tenant basis would be a huge win.

Agreed i just opened a ticket with hatz, i really think this wasn't well thought out and should have polled the channel before assuming customers won't want a personal subdomain.

I don't care as much for the CNAME, but the PWA would help adoption immensely. Nearly all direct AI vendors have a mobile app and PWA capabilities. In my own team of techs, they find it much easier to use Copilot since it has a dedicated desktop app.
I often use a PWA when I need an app to be front and center rather than buried in dozens of tabs.

Agreed on the PWA. The current method of pinning to home screen on mobile is a poor experience for our customers. Their expectation is a full mobile app, but a PWA experience is an acceptable answer when they ask for one.
