ITBoost is a ConnectWise solution used for MSP documentation. Please add a native Hatz integration with ConnectWise ITBoost. This would let users connect ITBoost documentation (passwords/credentials, KBs/runbooks, configuration items, contacts, and related records) to Hatz workflows so agents can reference and sync documentation automatically. This would allow techs to search ITBoost from within Hatz during ticket/incident handling.
