We need a debugger environment for workflows. It is extremely expensive to build workflows when we have to run the entire process for every test. We need to be able to save intermediate step results as we run tests.

You can now run an individual step with manual inputs or previous run steps. Great idea, Emily!

This would also help with tunning a worflow for token usage. Example would be markdown vs html exparementation which can cost a lot.
