Cron Triggers for Workflows

It would be awesome to have cron triggers for workflows so that we can execute them on a routine interval (every morning at 7am, first day of the month, etc.). Ideally it would support proper cron expressions, but a simple menu to pick common intervals from would be a nice addition.
It would be great to have other triggers or the ability to webhook in and out of the platform for event-based actions, but I think cron triggers at a minimum could still be helpful for a larger number of users.

It would also be great to have a trigger that listen for new things done, then be able to execute. for example: if a new email comes in that says "new agreement signed", check some settings, create a reply email, and kickoff a workflow. Example 2: a new line get added into a spreadsheet, then execute a workflow/app.

It would be nice to be able to schedule workflows or apps to run at set/schedule times - for example, at 8:00am check my schedule for the day and unread emails from yesterday and email me or text me today's items.
