Custom roles and Permissions

At the moment this is only available to the MSP admin, but allowing the tenant admin access to configure custom roles and permissions beyond the basic Chat Only, General and workshop users.
On our Tenant I have setup some custom roles that nearly are identical to the normal permissions with the exception of the group administrator, a specifically designed role that I can give to a Department head or manager that they can administer the groups etc. but not be able to adjust any of the tenant settings.

A key custom permission we’d also love to have is the ability to grant view vs. edit access to shared workshop items on a per-user (or group) basis. Certain team members collaborate on building workshop agents/apps/workflows, but once something is ready to implement, we want the rest of the company to be able to use it without being able to make edits. We haven’t rolled out any of our agents or apps to the broader team yet, partly because of this issue.

Kirsten Chong isn't that what the workshop role is for? the users can see/use the workshop items that are shared with them but not create? That paired with the groups you can create you're able to then share the different agents and workflows with specific groups and only members will have access.
If needed you create a custom role based on the workshop user and grant them the extra permissions to create, delete and duplicate workshop items.

Stephen, we want our teammates to be able to create their own as well, though. As a Workshop User, you can use anything shared with the organization or your group, but you can't create anything personally.
The gap in permissions is a Workshop User who can also create their own elements, and view others' work that has been shared, but cannot edit agents, apps, or workflows created by others unless they've been explicitly granted access.
This might make sense as a new user role, or maybe a permission level within the workshop element itself? Just an idea.

Similar to the tenant level access, I would want to be able to create a custom permission set like the group administrator set to be able to apply/copy them to each of the clients.
Alternatively? Being able to create a Tenant Template with prepopulated Custom Permissions, MFA settings, LLM options, groups etc would be the cherry on the top.
