Disable LLMs by manufacturer (i.e. DeepSeek) not just by model/version

Example: If we want to disable all DeepSeek models, we have to do it manually. It would be helpful for the MSP to be able to select to disable all models (those currently available and future models), so as new models are added by that same company, they aren't accessible. You'd disable 1 and you're done. Otherwise, you have to monitor for new models and disable the new one every time it is added to the Hatz platform. This has to occur before a use access it. If they go in prior to the model being turned off and simply ask for a model that can work with tools, for example, a DeepSeek model will be suggested.
