Enhanced Credit Usage Visibility – Show Org Total Against Allotment
under review

Description:
Users with the "view own tenant usage" permission can currently see individual user credit usage via User View > Workspace. However, they lack visibility into their organization's total credit usage against their monthly allotment for the current billing period.
Requested Enhancement:
Add graphical reporting of total organization credit usage in the Users tab, similar to the MSP admin tenant reporting level. This would allow users with the "view own tenant usage" permission to independently view:
Total organization credit usage for the current billing period
Total monthly credit allocation
Remaining credits available
Visual indicator when approaching the limit
Use Case:
Organizations need self-service visibility into total consumption against their monthly allotment to ensure proper cost governance and prevent unexpected overages, reducing dependency on support for usage reporting.
Affected Permission: View Own Tenant Usage

The Situation...further context.
When a user asks, "where did my credits go?", we often can't give them a clear, definitive answer. They don't understand what drives consumption, and honestly, neither do we always.
Think of it like driving a car without a dashboard. You know you're using fuel, but you don't know how much. Without that visibility, you can't adjust your behavior.
The Missing Link: Cause and Effect
Our users (and their tenants) have no clear way to understand how their actions directly impact credit consumption:
Which LLM they selected - Some models cost 5x, 7.5x, 10x more than others. Users don't always see this upfront without having to "Browse" or use the "Multipliers" tab.
Message length - Longer prompts = more tokens = more credits. Can there be a warning before they hit send?
File attachments - Uploading documents, PDFs, spreadsheets - each adds to the cost. Can this be visible to them before the message is submitted?
Chat complexity - Multi-turn conversations compound the usage. Can they see how each reply adds to their total?
According to Hatz's own FAQ, a typical chat can range from 1 to 30+ credits depending on these factors. That's a 30x difference, and users have no way to gauge it in real time.
What We Need (Partner Request)
A user-facing "Credit Dashboard" that shows current threshold, daily average, and balance remaining (similar to a car's fuel gauge, MPG, and miles to empty)
Pre-action estimates - Before they send a long prompt or attach a large file, show them an "estimated" credit impact
Per-conversation breakdown - Allow users to see which chats, workflows, or agents consumed the most credits
Threshold analysis - Use monthly trending data to allow the end user to see "anomalies" in their consumption so that there are no surprises
E-stop - If the Hatz platform detects long-running (no output) or significantly higher usage rates in an instance or the day, immediately throttle the end-user account, and notify the Client Admin and MSP Admins.
Why This Matters
Hatz credits reset monthly and don't roll over. Users who unknowingly burn through their allocation early will hit limits at various times, disrupting their workflow and potentially losing trust in the platform.
Without transparency, we (partners) can't effectively advise our customers on usage optimization. And users can't make informed decisions about their own AI consumption.

This is very helpful, however, this does not provide any details, just a visual. This tells me that a user has used a lot of credits, but does not provide any details as to why. Are they using an expensive LLM? Are they uploading a ton of documents? etc.. We need more details to get a clearer picture of what our firm and users are doing. Without having to go to each user and get a full explanation.
