My thinking was a general system prompt for the client tenant that flows down to chat, agents, apps, and workflows based on their preferences. It would be very helpful to set things like the general chat tone, restrictions on bias, required citations for research, refusals for certain unapproved or inappropriate requests, the ability to upload a company brand guide, and any company document templates (Word/PowerPoint).

Global variables would be great to store things like customer preferences or specific needs. Would need to be enabled at a per tenant level. This can help provide very specific context in responses.

Agreed with some customization per login for specific users.
