IT would be great if there was a way to setup a user in each tenant that we can use. I often do training and would like to use "their" version of the platform instead of mine when I am training.

Would be great to be able to impersonate a user from the admin view to review their chat history etc.

Support User Impersonation with Privacy-Protected Chat Access
J

It would be really useful if support/admins could temporarily "assume" a user's identity within Hatz.ai for troubleshooting purposes. The goal wouldn't be to access private conversations, but rather to see the platform from the user's perspective and manage their account, workflows, settings, agents, automations, permissions, etc.
From a privacy standpoint, I'd suggest that chats remain private by default. Support could only view conversations that the user has explicitly shared with support or granted access to. Everything else would remain inaccessible, even when operating in an assumed-user mode.
This would give support the ability to:
Reproduce and resolve workflow issues quickly
Validate configuration and permission problems
Troubleshoot user-specific bugs without requiring lengthy screenshots or videos
Assist with setup and onboarding directly
At the same time, it maintains a clear privacy boundary around user conversations and AI interactions, which helps preserve user trust.
Feels like a good balance between providing high-quality support and maintaining privacy.
(And will make supporting the end user much more efficient!)

User Role Impersonation Testing

Allow MSP Admins to impersonate a user account experience with any role applied to it in a simulated instance. This will help MSP Admins better understand the permisssions, user interface, and navigation of their client tenant user account role types (Client Admins, Custom Roles, Etc..).

I strongly support this suggestion because it would give support and admin teams a practical way to troubleshoot user-specific issues more effectively, without compromising the privacy of user conversations.
Being able to temporarily view the platform from a user’s perspective would make it much easier to reproduce problems, validate permissions and configuration issues, and guide users through setup or workflow challenges.

I agree with this as you can see what workflows/ apps people are using but cant see what people are doing in chats. One thing to add on the workflows/ apps would be good to see how much usage each workflow run is using

Very curious myself as I have the same person eating up all the credits each month with no way to actually know what they are doing. I did have Mark do an investigation but the results be still generic.

Just had this come up today as well. We rolled out for a customer and had one user consume 1M credits in a few days. Have no idea what they are doing. Can't explain this to my contact. Would be great to be able to impersonate the user to see what they have been up to.
