ITGlue Integration

It would be great to have integration with ITGlue (and other documentation platforms) so we can use the Chat and AI Apps to search for information in the documentation platform or ask questions about standard operating procedures.

Come on team, lets do this! - You are an MSP AI platform, and IT Glue is very widely used by MSP's for documentation. This would provide us a massive win alongside PSA integrations!

I built an ITGlue MCP server and auth keeps breaking on it. Have a ticket currently open with Hatz so they can hopefully fix it.

This will be awesome alongside the recent Autotask integration.

Upvote for ITGlue integration!

Yes, IT Glue, please! This seems like a no-brainer, since Hatz is catering to the MSP community.

Can we add Lexful to this category? It's more AI-friendly and the architecture was made with AI in mind. Would love to see Lexful as well.

I would be curious if the search capabilities would/could reach into "GlueConnect" connected accounts. We have some connected accounts where tons of documentation live. We struggle to find the right documents in those accounts as we didn't create the folder structure.
