It would be great to have integration with ITGlue (and other documentation platforms) so we can use the Chat and AI Apps to search for information in the documentation platform or ask questions about standard operating procedures.

Can we add Lexful to this category? It's more AI-friendly and the architecture was made with AI in mind. Would love to see Lexful as well.

I would be curious if the search capabilities would/could reach into "GlueConnect" connected accounts. We have some connected accounts where tons of documentation live. We struggle to find the right documents in those accounts as we didn't create the folder structure.

searching in ITG is pretty bad, so any improvement just with search is a value add.
