Can Hatz have Teams multi-org access?
In Microsoft Teams you can add other organizations where you are a guest. I can have chat sessions with members in those other organizations by switching organization in the Microsoft Teams client. It gives a badge on the org icon of unread messages in the other organizations. I only authenticate once with my M365 account, then I am authorized in the other organization with that account as a guest. When I use Hatz to search for chats in the other organizations it cannot find them. I get responses like the following:
I understand. You're asking about a Teams chat in the XYZ.org tenant (where XYZ - XYZ@XYZ.org - would be).
Currently, I only have access to the
ABC tenant
. I don't have authentication visibility into the XYZ.org Microsoft 365 environment. To access that chat, you'd need to either:
- Re-authenticatewith the XYZ.org tenant (if possible through your current session)
- Share the chat contentdirectly in this conversation (copy/paste)
- Exportthe chat from Teams and upload it here

We would like to have Hatz access to our two company domains, which would require connection to multiple tenants. Is it possible to expand the M365 connection/integration to multiple tenants?
