The updated chat page looks much better. That's excellent progress. It works pretty well as a PWA, but I'd love to be able to create customized PWAs for clients (more granular theme/UI controls, full PWA support, CNAME support for tenants etc.)

The chat page on mobile does leave a bit to be desired. Also, most users are not going to know how to save the chat page to the home screen of their device, etc. A true mobile app would be preferred. Especially something that could directly allow for voice interaction.
