As a MSP we would like the ability to provide access to LLMs by user and/or groups so we can allow specific users access while limiting others.

The use case here is to provide various levels of access to LLMS within a tenant. That way we can allow selected users or groups to have access to LLMs that we may block for everyone else or vice versa.

This would be for use cases where Marketing needs LLMs (e.g. Nanobanana) that Sales does not, or developers need Claud Opus 4.6, but Marketing does not.
