Provide rich text/Adaptive cards for Teams messaging.

It's not very helpful being able to generate some nicely formatted messages and then not be able to send them to a Teams Channel as apparently Post and chat messages can only support plain text :-(
Use case - reports and alerts sent using adaptive cards to avoid slow delivery, spam filters common with email

Would really like to see rich text supported. The current formatting restrictions make this powerful tool almost unusable for my use cases.
