Gawd yes. If we use Claude directly from Anthropic, we can at least see Usage updated live (though you have to go to Settings to see it, you can at least track active use in Claude Code easily). If we use something like LM Studio locally, each chat/response shows number of tokens used for both prompt understanding and output. It may sound like a "nerd" thing only techs would want, but I've already had clients ask how they would track use daily. The admin graphs are not fine-grained enough. Being able to see this info "live" for users would help them use the service more efficiently.

This would be extremely beneficial for my customers!
