This is effective with security awareness training. Even more effective is sending a report of who hasn't completed training to the designated manager. Having the option to select a date when training should be completed and having this report automatically be sent to the MSP and the Client Admin would encourage training completion and have a positive impact on adoption. If there's no Client Admin, MSP's could select an email to have it sent to.
