"Send Webhook" step in workflows

It would be very nice to be able to have a "Send Webhook" step in workflows, similar to the Document Processing or Web Scraper step, where we can send a payload to a pre-set URL with the output of a prompt to trigger other workflows running on third-party tools.

Now we have workflow triggers it would be great to be able to have the workflow or tool that could send the output via a webhook/api/email. 
Use Case: 
Trigger a multi step workflow which create a final output that could auto be sent via email. Or a tool that allows us to make API calls to push data to anohter system. Final option would be able to push the results via a webhook.
