Session Custom Instructions (essentially user-level context prompt) so that initial session context can be set at user level for general non-automation/workflow sessions.

Currently I have "Custom Instructions" that I paste as the initial input to all new sessions so I can create the initial session context. Would be nice to be able to save this to user profile.
