Implement "Project" folders that function as a unified workspace, similar to Claude projects.
- Folder-Level Knowledge: Allow users to upload "Project Files" (PDFs, docs, code) that are automatically indexed and accessible to every chat within that folder.
- Custom Instructions: Set a "Project Brief" or system prompt that applies to all chats in the folder, eliminating the need to repeat context.
- Cross-Chat Awareness: Enable the AI to reference context or conclusions from previous chats within the same project folder.

Implement collaborative project folders similar to Claude's Projects feature. Each project folder would:
- Serve as a dedicated workspace for organizing related files, apps, workflows, and outputs
- Support granular access controls (Owner, Editor, Viewer roles)
- Enable real-time collaboration with activity tracking
- Allow members to reference shared project assets across the platform
- Include project-level settings for permissions, archiving, and metadata

- Slack: Shared channels and document collaboration

Acceptance Criteria:
- Users can create and name project folders
- Folder owners can invite team members with configurable roles (Owner, Editor, Viewer)
- All items within a project folder are visible to authorized members
- Activity log shows who created/modified/accessed content within the project
- Folder-level permissions supersede individual item permissions
- Archive/delete functionality with appropriate warnings
- Search and filtering across project folders

100%! If we are going to be successful encouraging our clients to move from Claude or GPT Enterprise Subscriptions, they need to have the same "Project" folder functionality for shared context and collaboration in Hatz.

We would need the ability to share the Project folders with other Team members, so we can all work on something together. This is something we would want and need for all our MSP clients, so they can do the same in their organizations.

Agreed. this was the very first thing I was looking for was how to bring my claude projects over to Hatz and share it with the team. The answer is we can't do it with Hatz, but this is something we really need so we can collaborate effectively as a team.

Yes, the persistent project folder and planner agent are probably the best general/structural features in Claude Code/Cowork. This would be a great addition to Hatz, especially if it could point to a folder in SharePoint/OneDrive/Wasabi, etc.
