When building an agent users now have the option to toggle on and off personalization. Personalization does not have an impact on Workflow outputs.

We need a tenant enable/disable for this to prevent breaking workflows, agents, or apps created by users... at least until we can definitively prove that personalization no longer interferes with specific role, tone, and other settings within created tools.
