The tenant branding has got to turn all Hatz purple accents to the tenant branding, otherwise its for nothing. Please apply the formatting across the whole tenant UI.

Can this be removed?! It is causing customer confusion and hurting our branding attempts. If you want to use Crawl, walk, then run, that's fine.

Summary Allow MSP partners to assign unique custom subdomains to each of their tenants within the Hatz MSP portal, replacing the default shared URL (e.g., msp.hatz.ai ) with a tenant-specific subdomain (e.g., clientname.hatz.ai ). Problem Statement Currently, all tenants managed through the MSP portal share the same base URL. This creates a lack of differentiation between clients and limits the MSP's ability to deliver a white-labelled or branded experience to each of their customers. From a client's perspective, logging into a generic shared URL reduces the perception of a tailored, professional service. Proposed Solution Introduce the ability for MSP administrators to configure a unique subdomain for each tenant they manage, using the format: [clientname]. hatz.ai Key Requirements Per-Tenant Subdomain Assignment MSP admins should be able to set or edit a subdomain for each tenant from within the MSP management portal. Subdomains should be unique across the platform to avoid conflicts. Subdomain Routing When a user navigates to clientname.hatz.ai , they should be automatically scoped to that tenant's environment — including branding, users, and settings.

We would like to request the ability to create custom subdomains for individual clients within the Hatz MSP platform instead of all of the MSP clients accessing the same generic portal URL, each client would have their own dedicated access point. This would improve client adoption, reduce confusion, and make the service feel more tailored to each organization. It would also help clients easily identify their own portal, improve brand trust, and create a cleaner user experience when sharing links with their internal teams. Suggested Functionality Ability to assign a unique subdomain to each client/tenant. Admin control for MSP to create, edit, or remove the subdomain Automatic validation to prevent duplicate subdomains.

Right now, email invites are sent from no-reply@hatz.ai . I would like to be able to swap that for a custom domain (spoof). Trying to truly white-box things for our clients.

Currently logos don't always appear if the users are in dark or light mode. It varies based on the logos colors. It may appear with the white background but not with the black. Since the users can change their background, it would be great to continually give them a feeling of their AI environment by having the logo adjust or providing and option to upload an additional version of the logo (for use in dark mode) as well as their default.

Would love the ability to take a logo or any images and upload them to the prompt and ask it to apply it to word, excel, powerpoint or PDF's. Good for branding or anytime we need to add images to something

Allow tenant administrators or parent organizations to upload and set a custom bookmark (favicon) icon that replaces the default Hatz AI icon within their environment.
