Feature Requests

Since Activate is a GTM type of tool, it makes sense that we should be able to use Activate for prospective new clients. This would likely make it necessary to deploy the Shadow AI Scan agent via an executabe (.exe) or .pkg/.dmg (for Mac). Please add this capability as soon as possible!

I would like to be able to access a page that includes my current Hatz Rep so that should human interaction be required, I have a way to access that information and should my rep be no longer with the company, their replacement is easier to access. It should include email, phone and extension and office hours or access to their communication calendars for easy appointment setup.

Add the ability to filter by company type. We have 2500+ companies in CW (mostly prospects).

ISSUE: Pain staking slow to enable for 100s of tenants. SOLUTION: Add the ability to select multiple tenants, enable the Shadow AI Scan, and export the Ingest links. From here I can upload these to a custom field in "Insert RMM Here".

Change the default Package values, even better to show a cost and Margin values so the profit can be adjusted and values are easier to show value possibilities. Currently shows $99, $199, $399 which I guess this is related to profit margin? Would like to set these values manually for our MSP.

We have been testing the Shadow AI Scan script against our internal environment to see how well it works. So far, the results seem inconsistent, finding tools on one scan but then not finding the same tools on a separate scan. Also, found that some AI tools installed at C:\Users\<User Name>\AppData\ do not get discovered. Would be nice if the tool could reliably find AI tools installed so there is confidence in the reporting. Additionally, it would be nice to see the AI tool use broken down by device name (maybe even logged in username as well). This way you not only see the AI tools in use but where they are being used and who is using them.

Adding a "send to Activate" feature from each "Tenant" would save time rather than having to import them from the PSA or upload a CSV.

If we run this for a number of clients or prospects and want to view the content again, following a meeting, we have to search through every one of the Client Use Case Workflows listed to find the right one.
