Hatz AI could provide the top recommended LLMs based on the input. You can still have the user manually select the LLM, or let the AI decide

It would be incredibly helpful if you could have a file collection locally e.g. with an agent or with a cloud storage via link/api as the knowledge base of an app.

The ability for the phone agent to take a call document the request and create a ticket in autotask.

Ability to assign and store text to reference inside the chat and App Builder, managed in a centralized location.
